Shipping policy

LogOX customers will receive a confirmation email upon purchase, and, once shipped, a tracking number via email and/or text message, based on the customer's selection.

Customers will receive updates at key shipping milestones and tracking information, along with a link to a page to track their orders. Orders from our site can also be tracked here.

Shipping carrier options: expedited and ground shipping options are made available at checkout for the customer to choose from. Shipments outside the contiguous US may take longer to receive, and international orders may incur additional duties upon arrival, subject to local tax regulations beyond our scope. 

Orders are processed for shipment within 1-2 business days, M-F, excluding US federal holidays. Processing times for the TimberOX Summit and other specified items will vary based on stated availability. 

Any expected delay in shipping times will be posted on the product listings. In the event of an unexpected shipping delay, an attempt will be made to notify the customer via the contact information provided, and the order will be shipped in the order it was received once shipping resumes. 

We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
